1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. active dry yeast
1/4 c. corn oil
3 c. whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add oil, honey, salt, and egg; mix thoroughly. Add flour and beat until well blended; cover the dough. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
