MACK'S BATTER 
Batter for deer, rabbit, or any meat
Milk
3 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper
3 eggs
La Hot sauce, about 3 tbsp.
Self rising flour, enough to roll meat in
Enough cooking oil to fry in

Mix milk, mustard, salt, pepper, eggs and La Hot sauce together. Dip meat into milk mixture and roll into flour, then fry in hot oil.
