"MILE HIGH" DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1/4 (scant) c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter FILLING: 3/4 c. sugar 2 egg whites 1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries 1 c. whipped cream (use real whipping cream) Crumble crust ingredients and bake 12 minutes 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture for the topping. Beat unthawed strawberries, sugar and egg whites for 15 minutes. Add cream (whipped). Pour over crust and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Freeze until ready to serve. |
