BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut up
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. minced onion
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and pour in baking dish. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
