1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg

Mix flour and salt together. Beat eggs and milk together. Mix with dry ingredients and beat with egg beater 2 minutes. Put drippings in pan and place over heat. When good and hot add batter and bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
