ITALIAN BEEF 
3-4 lb. chuck roast
3 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 stick butter (opt.)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano
Garlic salt to taste
1 med. mango, chopped

Put in crock pot on high. Cook until tender and tear apart. About 1/2 hour before serving, add chopped mango and continue cooking. Serve on split party buns, or rolls of your choice.
