CHICKEN MANICOTTI 
2 c. cooked chicken, chunked
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box manicotti shells, use 7 to 8
1/2 c. chicken broth (can use bouillon)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook 8 manicotti shells according to package directions. Mix sour cream with soup. Split this mixture in half. Mix one half of it with chicken chunks. Mix other half with chicken broth. Stuff cooked shells with the coated chicken mixture and put into a glass baking dish. Put other mixture on top of stuffed shells. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Take out and add cheddar cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
