LASAGNA 
1 lb. box lasagne noodles
2 lb. hamburger
2 lb. sausage
1 tbsp. rosemary
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. celery
1 tbsp. basil
1 onion, diced (about 1 c.)
1 green pepper, diced, about 1 c.
5 (16 1/2 oz.) cans tomato sauce
5 sm. cans tomato paste
3 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
3 lb. Colby cheese
3 lb. Mozzarella

SAUCE: Fry hamburger and sausage, drain grease. In a crock pot on medium heat, add tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, green pepper, garlic, parsley, celery, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, sausage, and hamburger. Let it simmer for 6 hours.

Boil noodles and grate all cheese. Mix up cheese. In a baking dish, put a layer of sauce, then lay noodles, sauce, then cheese until all gone. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
