AVOCADO SALAD 
1 sm. box Jello lemon or lime
1 ripe avocado
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Add 1 cup boiling water to Jello and stir to dissolve. Add cream cheese and stir until mixed and dissolved (will be some cream cheese undissolved. Let Jello jell and then add mashed avocado and chopped nuts and mix. Return to refrigerator in bowl or small mold until firm. Serves 4. Goes great with barbecued brisket and chicken.
