KRISTI'S RHUBARB EVERYTHING | |
2 1/2 c. rhubarb 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. butter Cream butter and sugars and vanilla. Add egg, dry ingredients and milk. Fold in rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes. For Coffee Cake: Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. For Bars: Frost with cream cheese frosting. For Dessert: Top with Cool Whip. |
