CUCUMBER RELISH 
1 gal. unpeeled, ground cucumbers
3 mango peppers, ground
3 med. onions, ground
2 tbsp. celery seed
3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. curry powder

Mix all together and drain in colander overnight. Add 1 quart cider vinegar and 4 cups sugar. Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Pour in pint jars seal and process 5 minutes in boiling water. Use as pickle relish.
