CUCUMBER RELISH 
1 qt. green cucumbers, ground
1 qt. green tomatoes, ground
1 qt. cabbage
1 c. onions

Soak all greens overnight in salt water. Next morning, drain off juice. Cook 1 quart carrots, then grind and mix with other ingredients. 1 qt. sugar 1 box mixed spices (in bag)

Boil together until tasty. Add all ingredients and boil for 1 hour.

Note: I used to make this relish a lot. Very good to serve with casserole dishes and other dinners. I used to double recipe sometimes and put in hot sterilized jars.
