PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. minute rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 can tomato soup

Combine above ingredients (except soup) and shape into meatballs. Heat 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 cup water. Drop meatballs into soup; cover and let simmer until done, 1-1 1/2 hours.
