PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, and onion. Shape into small balls. Blend soup and water. Heat until mixture begins to simmer. Add meatballs. Cook about 15 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
