BURRIOTS AND GRAVY 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
3 c. refried beans
1 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 lg. flour tortillas
8 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 tsp. minced onions, dry
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. butter, melted
Approximately 1 c. flour
2 c. grated cheese

Brown hamburger and onion, add beans, cumin, cayenne, garlic salt, salt and pepper; set aside. Boil water with salt, chili powder, cayenne, minced onion, oregano, for 1/2 hour. Add flour to melted butter and add to liquid beating vigorously with whisk, cook until thick. Roll 3 tablespoons meat and bean mix in each tortilla and place in greased 9 x 13 pan. May need another small pan also. Pour gravy over and sprinkle on cheese generously. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with plenty of mild salsa.
