8 inch angel food cake
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
1 or 2 lg. bananas
1 lg. pkg. sugar free pudding mix
3 c. skim milk
Whipped topping

Cube (1 inch) cake in bottom of 9 x 13 inch (non metal) pan - top with crushed pineapple. Slice bananas over top - mix pudding and pour over all evenly. Let set 12 hours or more. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
