CHEESE CRACKERS 
1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 stick softened butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. plain flour

Mix cheese and butter, add salt and flour. Fold in pepper and Rice Krispies. Form into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
