CHEDDAR CHEESE CRACKERS 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. ground walnuts
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion powder
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 or 2 tbsp. cold water

Grease baking sheet. Mix flour, walnuts, paprika, and onion powder. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheese; sprinkle 1 teaspoon water over part of the mixture; gently toss. Repeat until all is moist. Form dough into ball; flatten slightly. Roll until 1/8 inch thick. Cut with round cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
