HONEY APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples

Beat together the eggs, sugar, oil and honey. Sift together dry ingredients and all the honey mixture. Mix well, add vanilla, nuts and apples. Mix gently and pour into 13 x 9 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. honey

Boil all together 2 1/2 minutes. Pour on cake while hot.
