HONEY PECAN CHICKEN 
2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. boiling water
1/3 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chicken breast, boneless
4 slices bacon
2 tbsp. honey

Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup orange juice, water, pecans and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Mound 1/2 cup stuffing on each chicken breast. Wrap with bacon; twist to secure. Place on greased pan or microwave dish. Mix remaining juice and honey. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or microwave. Microwave: cover with paper towel. Cook at high 14 to 16 minutes rotate dish twice. Let stand 5 minutes before take out of oven. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
