SPARERIBS 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. shoyu
1/3 c. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto (MSG)
Small piece crushed ginger

Parboil spareribs and marinate in the above sauce overnight in refrigerator. Barbecue over hot coals or bake in oven to 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
