PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4-6 pork chops
2 c. Minute Rice
1 can (10 oz.) tomato sauce
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. water

In large electric skillet, brown pork chops. Remove chops from pan when browned and saute onions until soft. Add tomato sauce, water and rice and stir to blend. Add pork chops, cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is done, turning chops once. Serve while hot.
