BREAKFAST IN ONE 
12 oz. pkg. frozen hashed brown potatoes
2 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. mild sausage, browned
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Line glass 13"x9" baking dish with bread. Layer sausage and cheese over bread. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle potatoes on top; cover with foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Slice into squares.
