BREAKFAST PIE 
1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/3 c. milk
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 drops liquid hot pepper sauce
2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Thaw pie shell at room temperature for 20 minutes. Beat eggs. Add potatoes, cheese, milk, onion and seasonings. Mix until well combined. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle bacon over pie. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
