MOCK SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed broccoli, carrot and cauliflower
1 1/2 c. water
6 green onions, sliced
4 tsp. chicken bouillon
3 c. milk
2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
6 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. mock seafood (crab, lobster, shrimp)

Combine vegetables, water, onion and bouillon in large saucepan. Bring to boil; reduce heat and cook 5-7 minutes or until crisp tender. Stir in milk. Mix water and cornstarch and add to vegetable mixture. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add seafood and heat through. Serve with garlic bread or crackers. 8 servings.
