SEAFOOD CHOWDER 
1 can Jack Mackeral
2 cans sm. shrimp
1 can minced clams
1 can mixed vegetables

Remove bones and skin from mackeral. Simmer all of the above in their juices, add 1/2 gallon milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Add powdered thyme to taste. Mix cornstarch and milk in cup. Add to chowder to thicken it.
