MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
1 (7 1/2 to 13 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 measuring tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 measuring tsp. vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Add semi-sweet morsels; stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla extract. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 2 hours). Makes 2 1/2 pounds candy.
