MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly over moderate heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips; stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into foil-lined 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm (about 2 hours). Yield: 2 1/4 pounds.

This is the best fudge ever. I cooked mine for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring constantly. Then I added the chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Rich and creamy!!! It's the best!!!
