OUR FAVORITE CRAB CAKE RECIPE 
Crumbs from 2 slices bread
2 sm. eggs
3 rounded tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lump crab meat, picked
Butter

Blend all ingredients thoroughly except crab. Add crab meat and gently toss to retain lumps. Mold or spoon into cakes. Broil or fry in butter until lightly browned. Yield: 8-10 cakes. Watch carefully.
