2 c. steamed sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
1 c. fructose
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon

Beat together until very light. Cover with meringue made of egg whites and 2 tablespoons of fructose and bake in large pie tin lined with pastry.
