QUICK OIL PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water

Mix just until blended. Roll between wax paper immediately. Flour wax paper a little. Bake until brown at 375-400 degrees in 9 inch pie tin.
