APRICOT SALAD 
1 lg. apricot Jello
1 med. can crushed pineapple (15 oz.)
1 lg. banana, cubed
3 c. hot water

Cool, add fruit and chill.

TOPPING:

Beat 1 egg
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter

Cook until smooth and thickened. Add 3 ounce package cream cheese. Fold in 1 package Dream Whip. Spread on top.
