24 HOUR 7 LAYER SALAD 
Lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Green pepper, chopped
Frozen peas, uncooked
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
2 tbsp. sugar
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Grated cheese

In a 9x12 inch cake pan, layer the following ingredients: lettuce, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, frozen peas, and water chestnuts. Mix the mayonnaise and sugar together and spread over the salad. Sprinkle well with crisp bacon and grated cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Can use Saran Wrap.

OPTIONAL:

Sprouts
Har d-boiled eggs
Tomato slices
parsley
Croutons

Amounts may vary with the size of the pan and also taste.
