NO BAKE BROWNIES | |
4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sifted xxx sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate 1 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla In a large bowl, combine crumbs, nuts, and sugar. Set aside. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate with 3/4 cup of the evaporated milk over low heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla. Set aside 1/2 cup of mixture in saucepan. Stir into crumb mixture. Spread chocolate-crumb mixture evenly in a lightly greased 9 inch square pan. Spread reserved chocolate mixture over top. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours overnight. Cut into bars. |
