JANICE'S SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
1 egg
3/4 c. flour
Lots of crackers
Pepper
1 tsp. baking powder

Drain salmon and save juice, flake salmon with fork; add egg, flour, pepper, and cracker crumbs. Stir well.

Add to salmon juice, baking powder; stir with fork until it rises to about a cup full. Add to salmon mixture and drop by spoonful into hot oil. Drain on paper towels.
