BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil

Pour oil into milk and add to flour mixture. Knead until mixed enough to roll out. Cut into biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 16 to 20 minutes. For better browning, brush the top with butter before baking.
