MACARONI HAM CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked shell macaroni
1 1/2 - 2 c. cubed ham
1 can mushroom soup, diluted with 3/4 c. water
3 tsp. finely diced onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. crushed dried parsley
1 can peas or green beans

Mix soup with water, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Put into a casserole and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
