PAVLOVA--A NEW ZEALAND DESSERT | |
3 lg. egg whites 1 1/2 sm. c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. malt vinegar Pinch of salt 6 tsp. cold water Beat all the ingredients together until stiff. Turn onto baking sheet. Cook at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, then turn oven off and leave overnight. Cover the top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh fruit. |
