CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 chopped onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dot 9x13 inch pan with butter. Mix together in large bowl all above ingredients, except 1/2 cup chips. Put into prepared pan and top with remaining chips. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serves 12.
