OYSTER ARTICHOKE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 dozen fresh oysters
2 (16 oz. each) cans artichoke hearts
1 c. oyster liquor
1 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. red pepper or to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
