BAKED ACORN SQUASH 
3 acorn squash
3 tbsp. (or more) honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cut squash in half crosswise; scoop out seeds. Arrange squash cut side down in buttered baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Blend honey, salt, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, soft butter. Turn squash right side up on baking dish. Spoon the honey mixture into cavities of squash. Continue baking 30 minutes or until tender. Serve hot. 6 servings.
