1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (1.8 oz.) Baby Ruth candy bars, cut into sm. pieces

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and mix well. Combine flour, soda and salt; stir into batter. Add vanilla. Stir in chopped candy bars. Chill dough 30 minutes. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
