EASY CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. of softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can pie filling of your choice

Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter. press into the bottom of a greased springform pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Set aside.

Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla using an electric mixer until smooth. Pour into the springform pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes. Loosen cake from rim and cool completely before removing the rim. Chill. Top with pie filling of your choice if desired.
