1 lb. bay scallops 1 lb. shrimp (med. size) 1 lb. fresh bean sprouts 1 can sliced water chestnuts Frozen pea pods or fresh 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 4 cloves fresh garlic 1/4 c. melted butter 1 chopped green pepper Marinate scallops and shrimp in 1/2 cup soy sauce for 1/2 hour. Saute garlic in butter. Place seafood on bottom and layer vegetables on top. Pour butter sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Check to make sure seafood is cooked. Serve over white rice. |
