9 c. Rice Chex
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. After 1 minute stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal until well covered, put in a bag with confectioners sugar and shake.
