CHOC CHOC CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Prepare pans with grease and flour. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into pan(s). Bake for 30 to 35 minutes for round pans; 35 to 40 minutes for rectangular pan or until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with Chocolate Butter Frosting.
