CHICKEN TETRAZINI 
5 lb. hen cooked and cut into bite size pieces
4 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 pkg. noodles, cooked
1 c. grated cheese

Melt butter in large skillet. Add celery, green pepper, and onion. Cook until tender. Add mushrooms. Add flour and mix well. Add chicken stock, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, chopped chicken, and cooked noodles. Put in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and put in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
