MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter. Add powdered sugar and cream until smooth. Add flour, salt and vanilla (mixture is stiff). Pinch off small pieces of dough. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees in preheated oven about 12 minutes. Roll cakes in powdered sugar immediately after removing from oven. Yield: about 4 dozen cookies.
