MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
2/3 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, add powdered sugar, flour, vanilla and pecans. Roll into balls. Bake 1/2 hour at 250 degrees. While hot, shake in a sack of powdered sugar. Makes about 3 dozen.
