CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP 
Cube and cook until tender.

8 c. water
1 sm. onion
5 lg. potatoes

Do not drain water. Add:

4 pkgs. MBT chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 lbs. frozen vegetable mix (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)

Cook until tender. Add 1 lb. Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
